I recently completed a Heart Mastery course that was based on HeartMath information and research data. It was an intensive class that covered a lot! My favorite part was when one of the instructors talked about when a relationship is in sync/flow, there’s a synergy of 1 + 1 = 3 (or 5, 10, 50, 1000, million, etc.!). As he said this, it occurred to me the Peace Meditations that I host/facilitate are a community that creates this synergistic effect! In other words, we are individuals in our respective locations but coming together – with a common purpose of peace – our synergy of 1 + 1 equals much more than 2!

Then, he went on to say, “Music – the vibrations – transcends and adds a wave of energy to the energetic field environment that uplifts everything and everyone.” That’s where the magic, flow is. We move from random incoherence (gathering together from our busy daily lives) into synchrony where we can create harmony and a coherent field through these synergistic efforts.

He went on to say and this is important, “When energetic fields relate to one another, our individual frequencies combine into another frequency … that’s the synergy. This is when we create that expanded, amplified, elevated frequency and radiate that out. (We can amplify positive or negative, and the Peace Meditations are all about radiating out positivity!)”

I found this to be a testament to what I’ve intuitively known we are doing in these powerful community meditations. I appreciate HeartMath’s research and giving statistics, as well as language to what we are doing and putting into the field.
