This solo harp CD is for deep relaxation and sleep. Each of the five 10-minute songs starts slow and continually gets slower and s-l-o-w-e-r. This is the musical principle of entrainment:  our bodies synchronize with the music’s rhythm and gently move through the following four stages:

  • Pain Distraction/Focus on the Music
  • Reflection
  • Meditation
  • Sleep

Total Time – 53:58 minutes

What listeners have said about Calm as the Night..

I fell asleep before the first song was even finished. It works!”

I have put the Calm CD on at bedtime for the last two nights and suddenly, it is morning! I have not heard the entire CD yet as I just fall asleep to it.”

Last month my doctor changed one of my medications and it has interrupted my sleep. In fact, until last night I had not had a good night’s sleep in three weeks, averaging 4-5 restless hours a night. Needless to say, it was really taking a toll on my physical body. I had tried every home remedy in my repertoire: milk, herbal tea, warm foot soaks, meditation, lavender, but without any results. Yesterday, it suddenly popped into my head to try Calm as the Night. I put it on for my afternoon nap and I fell asleep shortly after the second selection! And I put it on before bedtime and fell asleep with it and I slept for almost eight hours! I am planning to sleep with it every night now. So, THANK YOU so much for this blessing!!!”

Dr. Burrell’s staff listened to your Calm as the Night CD Monday morning…at work. They brought the CD over to me explaining that the music was “too” relaxing because it was making them sleepy. I had to laugh and let them know why…!!”
